Banu Colak
Banu Colak holds a PhD in Fine Arts from Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey. With a passion for exploring the intersections of art theory and practice, she pursued further studies and moved to London. With over 15 years of experience working in art universities, Banu has amassed a wealth of expertise in theory and practice. Her academic and artistic journey has been enriched through her extensive tenure in higher education, where she has been entitled as an Associate Professor in art. Beyond academia, Banu's innovative approach to contemporary art has earned her recognition in numerous solo and group exhibitions. Her work is celebrated in private and public collections across the UAE, the UK, and Turkey. Currently residing and operating between these locations, Banu offers her extensive knowledge and artistic insight to aspiring artists through her online art coaching services, embodying a global perspective in nurturing creativity and talent.
